At the request of the Company, the Former Auditor resigned as the auditor of Winshear effective May 27, 2026. Winshear’s Board of Directors appointed the Successor Auditor as the Company’s auditor effective May 27, 2026, until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company where the shareholders of the Company will be asked to approve the appointment of the Successor Auditor, as auditor of the Company.
